It is interesting to read in mainstream newspapers about the debate on who should take the lead in PAS. Should the ulamaks or professionals ? I'm not a PAS member or intend to be one..but what transpired should be take into account since PAS claimed to be an Islamic party all this while. It seems that PAS still fail and purposely trying to deny the fact that the most important aspect of leadership is not about knowledge but piousness and how close you are to Allah. It doesn't matter whether you are an Islamic scholar or professionals. The good example is how Allah swt put saidina Umar at the highest position as a Khalifah for the muslims. When it is about your relationship with your Creator there are no boundries. No quotas, no minimum entry level..and when you pray..you are in direct communication with your most loved one..wallahua'lam
